Job Responsibility:

  • Yearly target set for self and team based on the market trend analysis
  • Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges
  • Meet the objectives and targets of the Sales and Marketing department.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies geared towards future growth.
  • To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
  • Maintain current market and Identifying & leveraging scope of new business
  • Ensuring proper sales plan/visit plan/marketing plan for team & administer the day to day operation of the department.
  • To plan and formulate, implement & control of Marketing plan, Sales & Public Relation Manuals, Investor Relation. To ensure that all Sales & Marketing efforts will provide optimum profit returns.
  • Makes correspondence with clients in respect of Reservation, Confirmation, Information, Complaints, Suggestions, etc.
  • Plans and organizes departmental periodical training sessions for associate of courtesy, efficiency & developing capability among team members
  • Sees that all materials available for promotion and sales and properly use to build in effective and efficient department at the lowest possible cost.
  • Discuss with top management to determine the final acceptable prices and negotiate with the clients.
  • Any other assignment given by the top management.

 

Educational Requirements: Post Graduate degree in any discipline  Preferred in marketing

 

Experience Requirement: Minimum 15 years with at least 8 years in Managerial Position in relevant field.

 

Age:  40 to 45 year(s) preferable

  • The Candidate must have sound knowledge on Hospitality industry.

  • Ability to recognize the value and responsibility of working in a team, actively supports and develop team members, quick to identify and problem solve any issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and conflict mediation skills.
  • Must project and uphold the highest ethical standards and have demonstrated leadership

 

Salary Range: Negotiable
